This article examines the linguocognitive and cultural functions of aphorisms in languages with different structural systems. The study analyzes the concise expressions of aphorisms, their semantic and cognitive structure, and their role in cultural context. The results demonstrate the link between language and culture and highlight both universal and culture-specific elements in aphorisms.
