Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies have fundamentally transformed research in corpus linguistics, enabling the rapid and efficient analysis of large-scale linguistic data. This article examines processes such as automated corpus annotation, semantic analysis, pattern recognition, and predictive modeling using AI. The advantages and challenges of AI integration, including accuracy, scalability, and ethical issues, are discussed. The study’s findings indicate that working with AI enhances research productivity, allows for deep linguistic analyses, and facilitates cross-linguistic studies, while issues such as data bias and model interpretability remain.
