In this article, the author substantiates that the moment of completion of bribery offenses committed through information and communication technologies does not coincide with the moment of completion of traditional bribery offenses. It is emphasized that if the act provided for in Part Two of Article 210 of the Criminal Code is committed through extortion of a bribe, it should be qualified under Part Two of this article, whereas if it is committed through a mercenary demand, it is appropriate to qualify it under Part One of the same article. In addition, the article provides a legal analysis of the objective elements of each bribery offense.
