In our country, the continuous improvement and development of a fair and just judicial system, including forensic examination, is considered a primary task. To this end, significant work is underway in Uzbekistan to reform the judiciary and forensic institutions. This includes developing forensic expertise through the formation of equitable approaches; correctly understanding and interpreting the essence of forensic examination, as well as the significance and role of forensic experts in legal proceedings; properly perceiving the function of a just judiciary and the duties of forensic experts; and recognizing the role of forensic experts within society and the legal system. Furthermore, efforts are being made to strengthen public trust and understanding of the justice system, including forensic experts. As we know, forensic examination is a universal source of evidence that helps establish the truth. In the administration of justice, forensic examination makes it possible to obtain accurate and reliable information about circumstances relevant to a case, the nature, quantity, time, place, and mechanism of traces, physical evidence, and other objects, as well as the identity of the perpetrator and the causes and conditions that enabled the crime to be committed.
