This article analyzes the assessment and practical significance of expert opinions issued by the Forensic Political Science Linguistic Expertise department of the Republican Forensic Examination Institution named after Kh. Sulaymonova. These opinions are evaluated by officials conducting pre-investigation checks, investigators, inquiry officers, or courts. Additionally, the article provides specific proposals and recommendations to address existing gaps in national legislation regarding the criteria for evaluating these expert opinions.
