In this article, the author provides a detailed explanation of the concept of bribery offenses committed through information and communication technologies, as well as their theoretical and legal analysis and qualification. The article presents conceptual theoretical views suggesting that the moment of completion of bribery offenses committed using information and communication technologies may occur in the cyber environment, including cyberspace. Based on an analysis of national and foreign literature, as well as empirical data, the author emphasizes that national legislation significantly lags behind law enforcement practice and substantiates the need to reconsider legislation within the framework of a new concept.
