This article analyzes the impact of domestic violence on crimes committed by women from criminological and socio-psychological perspectives, using Uzbek families as an example. The article highlights the role of domestic violence in the formation of psychological trauma, social isolation, economic dependence, and deviant behavior among women. A comparative analysis of foreign scholarly literature, reports of international organizations, regulatory legal documents, and the practical experience of Uzbekistan reveals a causal relationship between domestic violence and women’s criminality. The study substantiates the need to assess women’s criminality not only in legal terms but also in terms of social, psychological, and criminological factors. It also develops scientific and practical recommendations aimed at reducing the risk of crimes committed as a result of violence.
