In this article, the authors talked about the concept of “cybercrime” in scientific and legal terms, the relationship between cybercrime and cybercorruption, responsibility for cybercrime, forms and methods of cybercrime, organizational and criminal aspects of countering cybercrime and cybercrime and ways to combat it. This article will serve to create a solid organizational and criminal legal framework for combating cyber corruption.
