This article explores digital bribery as an emerging form of corruption facilitated by cryptocurrencies, encrypted communication, and anonymous online platforms. It analyzes the main methods of digital bribery, including crypto transfers, digital gifts, and anonymous rewards. A comparative legal review of criminal legislation in the USA, Germany, Estonia, South Korea, and Japan reveals regulatory gaps and challenges in proving such offenses. The study emphasizes the importance of blockchain analytics, cooperation with crypto exchanges, and the creation of specialized anti-corruption units. It proposes legal reforms to explicitly address digital asset-based bribery, enhance KYC/AML mechanisms, and strengthen international cooperation. The article highlights the need for an interdisciplinary approach combining legal, technological, and investigative expertise to counter corruption in the digital age effectively.
