To properly organize and effectively implement prosecutorial oversight in the field of preschool education, the subject, object, and issues requiring study in relation to prosecutorial oversight over the enforcement of laws in this area were analyzed. A conclusion was reached regarding the need to develop general methodological guidelines for practitioners across the republic. In particular, prosecutorial inspections of the enforcement of laws in the field of preschool education were theoretically analyzed in stages.
