This article analyzes the reforms implemented in the fields of irrigation and land reclamation in Uzbekistan during the leadership of Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as well as their impact on the water management system of Andijan Region. The study examines practical measures aimed at modernizing irrigation infrastructure, lining main canals with concrete, introducing water-saving technologies, improving the water resources management system, and enhancing the reclamation condition of land. In particular, the article analyzes the results of projects implemented in Andijan Region to reconstruct the Qatortol and Andijonsoy canals, digitalize water distribution, and increase the efficiency of irrigation systems. The findings show that, as a result of these reforms, water losses have decreased, the water supply of irrigated lands has improved, and important conditions have been created for the sustainable development of agricultural production.
