This article discusses international legal standards related to ensuring the labor rights of persons with disabilities. These standards primarily include the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, International Labour Organization conventions on the employment and vocational rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, and the World Health Organization’s International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). The article also analyzes the process of implementing these international standards in the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the results achieved, and existing legal problems. At the same time, the study substantiates that the effective implementation of international standards in national labor legislation is an important factor in ensuring equal labor rights for persons with disabilities.
