The purpose of this article is to analyze the Voluntary National Reviews of the Republic of Uzbekistan (2020 and 2023) as instruments of international cooperation by assessing their functions across three dimensions: accountability to the international community, mobilization of partnerships, and integration into national policy processes. The study is based on a comparative analysis of the two review cycles and draws on data from the UN HLPF, ESCAP, ISRS materials, and official statistics of Uzbekistan.
