This article analyzes the scientific-theoretical, psychological-pedagogical, and methodological foundations of preparing future teachers to use methods of suggestive pedagogical influence in the process of resocializing young people with deviant behavior. It is substantiated that work with young people exhibiting deviant behavior cannot be limited solely to control, punishment, or administrative preventive measures. On the contrary, particular importance should be given to reshaping the individual’s internal motivation, value system, social roles, and mechanisms of self-awareness. The article examines the concept of suggestive influence in connection with pedagogical communication, trust-based relationships, positive guidance, psychological support, and verbal and non-verbal means of pedagogical influence.
