The article examines pre-trial and judicial forms of protection of the civil rights of business entities in the Republic of Uzbekistan from an administrative-legal perspective. It analyzes administrative appeals under the Law “On Administrative Procedures,” the institution of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Business Entities, conciliation procedures, and judicial protection exercised by administrative and economic courts. The author substantiates the need to delimit the jurisdiction of disputes, strengthen the independence of pre-trial mechanisms, and ensure the actual enforcement of adopted decisions. Based on an analysis of legislation, including the 2024 reforms, proposals are formulated for improving the system of protection of entrepreneurs’ rights.
