This article analyzes the impact of biomedical innovations on the ethosphere of society in the context of postindustrial development. Modern biotechnologies, genetic engineering, digital medicine, and artificial intelligence-based medical solutions not only improve the quality of human life but also significantly influence ethical values, social relations, and cultural norms. The study examines the social, ethical, and cultural aspects of biomedical innovations and identifies both their positive and negative effects on the societal ethosphere. Based on the findings, recommendations for balanced and sustainable development are proposed.
