Annotatsiya

The neuropathic component of chronic pain syndrome in patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis significantly affects the effectiveness of analgesic therapy. This article analyzes its predictive role in response to neuromodulatory treatment in 250 patients within a randomized study with a PROBE design. Pregabalin and duloxetine were found to provide the most pronounced reduction in pain, especially in patients with DN4≥4. DN4≥4 was identified as an independent predictor of the effectiveness of neuromodulatory therapy, supporting its use for personalized treatment selection.
