This research is dedicated to elevating youth cyber-culture through AI technologies amidst the digital transformation. It analyzes the effectiveness of the "Inverted CNN" model (92.4%) in detecting "Deepfake" and phishing, as well as the results of a survey involving 500 respondents. In conclusion, practical recommendations are provided for introducing the "AI-CyberGuardian" platform into education.
