This article examines legal protection mechanisms against unfair competition in the field of intellectual property in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on an analysis of current national legislation and international legal instruments, the article reviews civil law and administrative law tools for protecting the rights of business entities. Systemic problems in law enforcement are identified, and proposals for improving the regulatory framework in this area are formulated.
