This article analyzes the participation of persons with disabilities in the political life of society and the role of the social protection system in enhancing their political consciousness and culture. The study examines mechanisms for increasing the legal literacy of persons with disabilities and ensuring their inclusive participation in public administration and decision-making processes. Furthermore, it substantiates that the social protection system is not only a means of providing material support but also a crucial factor in encouraging the activity of persons with disabilities as political actors. The article concludes by developing socio-political and legal recommendations for shaping the political culture of this social group.
