This article analyzes the issues involved in introducing artificial intelligence technologies to improve the system for handling appeals from individuals and legal entities within prosecution authorities. Specifically, it highlights the potential for using modern digital solutions in the processes of automatically receiving, classifying, analyzing, and preparing responses to appeals. It also demonstrates how artificial intelligence can be used to reduce the human factor, increase speed and transparency, mitigate corruption risks, and effectively protect the rights and interests of citizens. The article also examines international experience, legal frameworks, and potential practical challenges, and develops proposals for their resolution.
