Annotatsiya

This article empirically analyzes the psychosocial factors that affect mental health during adolescence. The study was conducted among 7th to 9th-grade students at a comprehensive school in the Sergeli district of Tashkent. Using a Likert-type questionnaire, the study examined stress levels and the influence of family, school, and peers. The results indicate that adolescent mental health is a multifactorial system. Specifically, it was found that adaptation is highest in the 8th grade, stress is most pronounced in the 7th grade, and social support decreases in the 9th grade.
