The article examines the goals and objectives of establishing a global forum on migration and development as a consultative process for United Nations member and observer states. As a result of analyzing the activities of the Global Forum, which serves as a platform for governments to address issues related to international migration and development in a systematic and comprehensive manner, as well as studying the results of meetings and dialogues among government experts in all regions, the views of specialists and scholars on improving the Forum’s activities were examined, and proposals and recommendations were developed for the advancement of our country’s activities in this area.
