This article analyzes the spatial distribution of cultural heritage sites in the Fergana region and their role in tourism development using geographic information systems (GIS). The research classifies cultural heritage sites by historical period, identifies their uneven geographical distribution, and determines their tourism potential. Furthermore, the prospects for developing regional tourism are assessed based on the clustering of these sites and their proximity to transportation and infrastructure. The findings serve as a scientific basis for the effective management of cultural heritage sites and the development of regional tourism strategies.
