This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role and significance of regional international organizations in regulating the field of migration. In particular, using the examples of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the European Union, and the Organization of American States, it examines the legal mechanisms governing migration relations, their regulatory frameworks, and human rights-related aspects. The study demonstrates the interconnection between migration and human rights through documents adopted within the OIC framework, including the Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam and the Covenant on the Rights of the Child in Islam. It also analyzes the issues of the free movement of persons and workers within the European Union, labor migration, asylum institutions, and the directives and regulations governing these areas. Within the context of the American region, the legal aspects of migration processes are explored through documents adopted by the Organization of American States, including the American Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and the American Convention on Human Rights. The article concludes that regional organizations serve as important institutions in regulating migration processes and that their legal frameworks contribute to the protection of human rights, the determination of the legal status of migrants, and the strengthening of cooperation among states.
