This study examines the institutional mechanisms ensuring women’s participation in political processes through a comparative analysis of Uzbekistan and the United Kingdom. It evaluates representation, leadership pathways, and power dynamics, highlights the gap between formal inclusion and substantive influence, and proposes policy-oriented recommendations.
