This article explores the role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills in the process of foreign language learning. The study focuses on innovative methods and digital tools powered by AI that contribute to personalized learning, adaptive feedback, and cognitive engagement. The research analyzes how AI-based platforms foster analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and learner autonomy. The findings indicate that AI technologies significantly improve learners’ ability to evaluate, interpret, and synthesize information in a foreign language context.
