This article examines ways to improve psychological services aimed at supporting the development of academic lyceum students. The study focuses on learners’ individual psychological characteristics, their social adaptation, and their motivation in the learning process. In addition, modern psycho-pedagogical approaches are applied to design effective service mechanisms. The findings indicate that a well-structured and integrated psychological support system positively influences students’ personal and cognitive development. The paper also offers practical recommendations for enhancing psychological services in educational institutions.
