This article examines the role of generative artificial intelligence as a tool for developing original teaching materials in the context of English for Specific Purposes (ESP) from a linguodidactic perspective. The study explores how AI-driven tools facilitate personalized learning, enable the creation of authentic instructional content, and support the adaptation of materials to learners’ specific needs. Furthermore, the pedagogical effectiveness, integration potential, and didactic value of generative models are analyzed within modern language teaching frameworks. The findings indicate that the application of artificial intelligence contributes to the advancement of innovative approaches in ESP instruction while enhancing teachers’ creative capacities and instructional design processes.
