This article examines the phraseological representation of the concept of “student” in Modern English. The study focuses on the semantic and cultural features of phraseological units that reflect social perceptions embedded in the language. Special attention is given to the conceptualization of the student image, including its positive and negative connotations. The paper argues that phraseological expressions serve as an important linguistic tool for conveying behavioral patterns, attitudes toward education, and the social role of students. The findings contribute to the fields of phraseology and linguocultural studies.
