This article analyzes the scientific and theoretical foundations of administrative disputes arising in the field of public administration and provides a comparative review of existing scholarly approaches to the concept of administrative disputes, as well as the views of foreign scholars. Furthermore, based on an analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Code of Administrative Court Proceedings and the Law “On Administrative Procedures,” the legal framework governing administrative disputes involving cadastral authorities is examined. The article identifies the specific features, subjects, and objects of administrative disputes related to the activities of cadastral authorities and substantiates that the majority of such disputes are related to the recognition of rights to immovable property and the procedures for its state registration.
