This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of ensuring the efficiency of participants’ activities in criminal court proceedings. Particular attention is given to factors influencing the acceleration of procedural actions during the trial stage, including their objective and subjective components. The study highlights the importance of the effective organization of investigative and judicial actions, as well as the role of legal awareness, knowledge, and professional competence of the participants. The author proposes several directions for improving legal mechanisms aimed at enhancing the efficiency of criminal procedural relations, including the introduction of a complaint procedure in cases of violations of reasonable time limits in court proceedings.
