This scientific article thoroughly studies and analyzes national advocacy norms regulating the procedure for preparing and publishing questions included in the tickets of the qualification examination for obtaining a license to practice advocacy in the specializations of administrative and criminal court proceedings, as well as civil and economic court proceedings. At the same time, the article scientifically substantiates that the current procedure for forming qualification examination questions does not fully meet modern requirements. The author conducts a comparative analysis of the procedure for preparing and publishing questions included in qualification examination tickets as established by national legislation, with the legislation of Georgia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Russian Federation, and analyzes the possibilities of implementing their positive aspects into the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
