This article provides a scientific analysis of the historical formation process of pilgrimage sites, mosques, shrines, and mausoleums located in the Andijan region, as well as their role in religious and spiritual life. During the research process, the main pilgrimage sites in Andijan city and the districts of Asaka, Shahrikhan, Marhamat, Bulakbashi, Khojaabad, Izboskan, Pakhtaabad, and Kurgantepa in Andijan region were systematically studied by area. The origin of these pilgrimage sites, their connection to folk beliefs, their significance as objects of cultural heritage, and their role in the spiritual life of society are elucidated on a scientific basis. The research results demonstrate that pilgrimage sites are not only places of religious worship but also important objects of cultural heritage that preserve historical memory and spiritual values. The conclusions presented in the article have significant scientific and practical importance in the process of studying and protecting regional shrines, as well as effectively utilizing them for scientific and educational purposes.
