This article examines the organizational and methodological aspects of preparing future oligophrenopedagogues for professional activity. Special attention is given to the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions, the integration of theoretical and practical training, the role of pedagogical practice, and the use of modern teaching methods and technologies. The study substantiates the importance of organizational planning and methodological support in the development of the professional competencies of future specialists in special and inclusive education.
