This article examines independent learning as an effective factor in the methodological preparation of students for professional activity. The study analyzes the role of independent learning in developing professional competencies, methodological thinking, self-development, and reflective skills. Particular attention is paid to the conditions for effectively organizing independent learning and its contribution to improving the quality of higher education and professional training.
