The article discusses the importance of a psycholinguistic analysis of the works of the renowned English writer William Shakespeare, the approaches of scholars of different nationalities to his works, and the results of both literary and psychological analyses of Shakespeare’s texts. Brief information is provided about the inner experiences of the characters in his works, their character traits, and the analysis of their monologues.
