This scientific article presents a comparative linguistic analysis of real estate terminology in the English and Uzbek languages. The study examines the origin, semantic content, structural features, and functional usage of real estate terms within professional discourse. Particular attention is given to translation challenges, levels of equivalence, and the role of national and cultural factors in shaping terminological systems. The findings contribute to the systematization of real estate terminology and are valuable for linguistic research, translation practice, and professional communication in the real estate sector.
