This article comprehensively examines the theoretical and legal foundations of public control over civil servants’ activities, its organizational mechanisms, and issues related to improving this institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The study analyzes the concept and legal nature of public control, as well as the experience of foreign countries, using a comparative legal method. The author highlights the importance of digital technologies, e-government tools, and ethical standards in overseeing civil servants’ activities. Based on the research findings, scientifically grounded proposals for improving national legislation are developed.
