This article examines issues related to the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on parallel imports. Modern technologies, including AI, significantly influence the regulation and functioning of parallel import mechanisms. On the one hand, AI enables rights holders to more effectively track the movement of goods, detect infringements of intellectual property rights, and analyze market trends. On the other hand, it provides importing companies with opportunities to identify lawful ways to circumvent trade restrictions, forecast demand, and minimize costs associated with the importation of goods.
