The humanistic approach in education is understood as a pedagogical concept focused on the intrinsic value of the individual and their holistic development. This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of humanistic pedagogy, its core principles, and its influence on learners’ motivation, emotional development, and personal qualities, as well as the specific features of its implementation in the contemporary educational environment. The study also examines the practical aspects of applying the humanistic approach in work with both children and adults and discusses the challenges and prospects associated with reforms in the education system.
