Annotatsiya

This article analyzes the legal nature of the will execution institute, as well as the status and responsibility of the executor. The author examines the fiduciary status of the executor, the scope of their powers, and uncertainties in the reimbursement of expenses. Issues of improving national legislation are studied based on the experience of Germany and the USA, including the appointment of multiple executors and the implementation of digital technologies (blockchain) in probate.
