Annotatsiya

This study developed a scientific and methodological model for assessing medical students’ competence in differential diagnosis through the use of virtual clinical environments. During the study, students were evaluated using simulation-based tasks grounded in clinical scenarios, with a focus on the speed of diagnostic thinking, the ability to construct logical sequences, the differentiation of the significance of clinical signs, and decision-making accuracy. The findings confirm that virtual clinical environments serve as an effective platform for improving differential diagnostic skills.
