The article proposes a methodology for assessing clinical reasoning and optimizing diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making processes based on digital technologies. Through interactive simulations and virtual reality training, students develop decision-making skills in real clinical scenarios. The results of the study demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology in enhancing clinical competencies, implementing innovative approaches in medical education, and developing assessment criteria.
