This article examines the importance of identifying and assessing corruption risks in the activities of organizations. The legal foundations for identifying and assessing corruption risks are studied. Based on the analysis of foreign experience and scientific views presented in the literature, the procedures and methods for implementing these processes are analyzed. Additionally, the most widespread types of corruption risks are discussed. The article also analyzes the methodology for identifying and assessing corruption risks introduced in organizations of our country, considering certain methodological aspects of identifying and assessing these risks. The author’s views on the essence and classification of corruption risks are presented, and some methods for identifying and assessing corruption-prone attitudes are proposed.
