This article examines the creation of a unified parliamentary platform for Central Asian states as a mechanism to institutionalize inter-parliamentary dialogue. Based on the author’s research, current trends and challenges in regional parliamentary cooperation are analyzed, emphasizing the role of parliamentary diplomacy and national parliaments (notably Uzbekistan’s Oliy Majlis) in building trust and promoting integration. The methodology (a combination of comparative-historical, institutional, discourse, and statistical analysis, case studies, and expert assessments) and key findings are presented: the necessity of a common digital ecosystem (the “e-Parliament CA” portal for e-document exchange and joint lawmaking) is substantiated, and conceptual measures are proposed (a Central Asian parliamentary research center and a regional parliamentary diplomacy program). It is concluded that integrating national parliaments through a unified platform will enhance their coordinated response to cross-border challenges and strengthen regional integration.
