This article explores the relevance and institutional necessity of strengthening inter-agency cooperation among law enforcement bodies in the field of crime and offense prevention. The analysis highlights existing legal gaps and organizational challenges in the implementation of preventive mechanisms. The paper also presents recommendations for improving legal coordination, introducing information and communication technologies, enhancing remote cooperation, and promoting professional values among law enforcement personnel within the framework of the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy.
