This article analyzes effective legal and institutional mechanisms for preventing violence against children based on the experience of Norway, Iceland, and Finland. Key elements such as zero-tolerance policies, specialized child protection services, and comprehensive legal frameworks are examined. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning national legislation with international standards, strengthening preventive measures, and improving accountability mechanisms to ensure stronger child protection systems in Uzbekistan.
