The article discusses the integration process of written speech with other types of speech activities such as reading, speaking and listening. The purpose of the research is to determine the difficulties that arise when integrating professionally written speech with other types of speech activities, the factors of their occurrence in the formation of professionally written speech. The linguistic and methodological analysis of the terms “writing” and “written speech” is described. It is emphasized that professional written speech is one of the important stages being studied in the digitalization of the educational space.
