The article explores the significance of cultivating tolerance and intercultural communication skills in future educators. In the 21st century, amid global integration, cultural diversity, and rapidly increasing information flows, the education system plays a crucial role in fostering tolerance and harmony within society. Given that over 130 nationalities and ethnic groups reside in Uzbekistan, intercultural dialogue and tolerance should be prioritized in the education system. The article presents international experiences, pedagogical approaches, and practical recommendations on this matter. It emphasizes the necessity of developing intercultural competencies in teacher education and the importance of nurturing a spirit of tolerance in students. Such approaches in the education system contribute to strengthening interethnic harmony and ensuring societal stability. This process, in turn, will significantly impact the future professional success of aspiring teachers.
